Addendum No. 1 to BY-LAWS OF INTERLACHEN
Incorporated Under the Laws of the State of Oregon
December 4, 1930
Multnomah County describes the area shown on the following map as Interlachen and has defined it as Urban Low Density Residential with land use codes consistent therewith.
Interlachen contains the properties platted as West Interlachen, Fairview Country Club Estates, Lachenview and Blue Lake Estates, all of which are subject to and governed by these By-Laws and the Interlachen HOA.
The Interlachen HOA supports, endorses and incorporates as fully set forth herein all applicable use restrictions set forth in the Multnomah County Land Use Code, including without limitation Multnomah County Land Use Code Chapter 39 (defining Interlachen as Urban Low Density Residential) and Multnomah County Sheriff Code Chapter 15 (establishing nighttime quiet hours).
In addition to the foregoing, the following use restrictions are established by the Interlachen HOA:
- At all times, vehicles parked on the privately owned and publicly accessible single lane section of NE Interlachen Lane shall maintain a minimum fourteen-foot (14 ft.) clearance for emergency vehicle traffic. Per agreement with Gresham Fire Marshall.
- Welsh Park and the Blue Lake Easement Dock are Private Property owned by the HOA and use of same is limited to Interlachen HOA Members and their guests.
The Interlachen HOA reserves the right to report all violations to the Multnomah County Land Use Department and/or Sheriff.
